Payment Guide

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay

Golfnity bookings are confirmed by a consultant first, then paid by card through OnePay, a licensed Vietnamese payment gateway. This page explains which cards are accepted, each step of the payment, and what to do if a payment does not go through.

Accepted cards

We accept international credit and debit cards on the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay networks. The payment page shows the same card logos before you pay.

How a payment works

  1. Your consultant confirms the booking. After checking availability, your Golfnity consultant issues a secure payment link and emails it to you. Each link is for one payment amount and stops working after the expiry time shown on the payment page.
  2. Open the link and check the details. The payment page lists what the payment is for, the amount, the currency and the expiry time. Please check them before continuing.
  3. Read and accept the Payment Terms & Conditions. The terms (cancellation, refund and no-show policy) are shown on the same page. Tick "I have read and agree to the above Terms and Conditions" to enable the Pay button.
  4. Click "Pay securely with OnePay". You are redirected to OnePay's secure payment page. The address bar will show onepay.vn (or mtf.onepay.vn on our test environment).
  5. Enter your card details on the OnePay page. Card number, expiry month/year, security code (CVV/CVC) and the cardholder name exactly as printed on the card.
  6. Complete your bank's verification (3-D Secure). Most banks send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS or ask you to approve the payment in your banking app. Enter the code within the time allowed.
  7. Return to golfnity.com. You are sent back to our result page, which shows the order name, amount, status and, if the payment was not successful, the reason reported by OnePay. A confirmation email follows once OnePay's server has notified us of a successful payment.

If the payment does not go through

The result page shows the reason returned by the gateway, for example: the card issuer declined the transaction, the card limit or balance was insufficient, the OTP was wrong or expired, the session timed out, or the payment was cancelled. In most cases you can simply open the same payment link again and try once more, or use a different card.

Please do not pay again while a payment is still shown as "Processing". If your bank shows a charge but our result page does not show "Successful", contact your consultant before paying again so we can reconcile the transaction with OnePay.

Security

  • Card details are entered only on OnePay's PCI-DSS certified page. Golfnity never sees or stores your card number or security code.
  • Every payment link is unique to your booking, is protected by a token and expires automatically.
  • The amount and currency are displayed before you pay and cannot be changed after the link is issued.
  • Payment results are confirmed server-to-server by OnePay; a booking is marked as paid only after that confirmation.

Fees and refunds

Fees, cancellation rules and refund timing are set out in the Payment Terms & Conditions shown on the payment page, which you accept before paying. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the card used for the payment.
